Staten Island Running Clinic and Charity Sock Sale. 9- 11am at 770 Forest Avenue Dunkin' Donuts. The “Everyday Joes” Running Team, who are preparing to run in the ING New York City Marathon, will conduct a Community Running Clinic to encourage Staten Island’s everyday runners to train like marathon runners. They will provide all participants with running tips while they join the Team on 2-mile run through Clove Lakes Park. During the clinic, the Team will sell running socks to benefit the Dunkin’ Brands Community Foundation, which supports local emergency response organizations, such as firefighters, emergency medical responders and relief workers. Runners of all levels are encouraged to participate and all participants will receive a marathon T-shirt, free coffee, Dunkin' give-a-ways and chance to take photographs with the Dunkin’ “Running Cup.” Also, WKTU will be on location to play music at the Dunkin' Donuts.
