Our on-site swim program includes free swim lessons taught by American Red Cross swim instructors. The JCC Lillian Schwartz Summer Day Camp has been providing a rich, traditional camp experience to children for 85 years. Activities include sports, swim, arts and crafts, archery, Jewish culture, weekly shows, special events and trips to amusement destinations. Located at the 75 acre Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds in the Greenbelt the site features athletic fields, shaded picnic areas, playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, and Ga-Ga courts, an archery range, and three Olympic sized swimming pools. The swim program is under the direction of the Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy. Additionally, we offer a camp program for children with special needs and a travel and counselor in training program for teens Staff is trained, talented, energetic, caring and devoted. Staten Island YMCA Day Camps focus on providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Since 1995, Richmond County Day Camp provided safe, memorable summers to thousands of campers. We are the ONLY camp with a totally private air conditioned facility & outdoor pool. Supervised by teachers, and a full-time nurse, activities include: swimming, sports, karate, art & gymnastics combined with daily trips & special events, including: movies, bowling, museums, Medieval Times, baseball games, indoor and outdoor amusement parks and more. There’s a Party Everyday! Children will have fun in a relaxed and creative environment. Campers will develop musical and artistic talents, keep active with fun exercise activities, stay creative with visual arts, build awesome friendships, and have the best summer EVER! They will love our party room for their Rock & Roll neon glow activities. Mini performance every 2 weeks! Every Friday there’s a surprise. Musical Theater, Rock Band, Visual Arts, Fitness Exercise. Have your child spend their break with us! We offer Summer camps all summer long and winter and spring break camps. Find a truly exciting and collaborative art making experience at Art Lab. We encourage students to immerse themselves in innovative arts and express themselves creatively. Children will learn the basic principles of art as well as sculpting, drawing, painting, and more! Half day and full day available. Weather permitting, children also experience outdoor art activities and exploration of the beautiful grounds of Snug Harbor. Wagner College provides specialized summer camp experiences for children and teens ages 6 to 17 in an enriching, diverse and nurturing environment. Camps are held on the beautiful Wagner campus located atop Grymes Hill. Program favorites are Lego Robotics & Animation, Video Game Design, and ACT Theatre-Peter Pan. Other programs include Minecraft, Lego Flix, Disney Princess, Dance, Photography, Art, Ceramics, Filmmaking, Virtual Reality, STEM, TACHS & SHSAT Review. The William Osborn Day Camp aims to have a lasting influence on the lives of children through our creative and nurturing programs and environment. Our programs are designed to promote the social, academic and physical well-being of our campers. Children are placed in small groups with other children their ages. These groups are guided by counselors who provide the care, attention and love which promote healthy growth. Calling all nature lovers! NYC Parks, in partnership with the Greenbelt Conservancy, offers exciting, environmental, and educational summer camp experiences for children ages 5 - 13. The Young Buds camp is designed for children ages 5-6 who are ready to make friends, play, and learn in an urban forest. In our Explorer Camp, children ages 7-13 discover the Greenbelt's natural areas, trails, creeks, and ponds, through participation in guided hikes, science experiments, nature crafts, field trips, and team-building games. Our camp promotes respect for the environment through outdoor learning and fun. NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene approved.

Staten Island Superkids Summer Camp is a full-day 9-week camp for children ages 5-10, designed to give your child the tools they need to become Super Smart, Super Creative, and Super Fit. We combine academic enrichment, music and visual arts lessons, and gym and aerobics classes to allow your child to develop and showcase their skills in a fun and energetic way. At our camp, your child will benefit from the expertise of professionals in their fields. Every day, we conduct campers through three stations staffed by experienced Math and English teachers, accomplished music and visual arts teachers, and master fitness instructors.
