Kathyrn Santa Photography

My photography is ever evolving and I look at each picture like works of art. When you look at it, it should make you feel an emotion, a cherished memory to look at forever, if you feel that then I have accomplished my goal.

I have been in love with photography since I was 16 years old. I am, by profession, a Pediatric Physical Therapist. I think being a physical therapist and working with children with special needs has taught me so much about being patient and bringing out the joy in children. This translates to my photography perfectly, a match made in heaven. I truly love the innocence of children, I love to capture their true essence and that is what I strive for when photographing them. When you take a beautiful photograph you should be able to look at it and feel the loving memory of that moment forever.

I adore natural light, natural settings and candid moments. My work includes photographing newborns, children, children with special needs, families and furbabies. I like to take pictures in the comfort of your own home, surrounded by all the things that you love. I have a portable studio and find that doing the photo shoot at home in a relaxed atmosphere makes for some incredibly special pictures. In the nice weather I also love to do outdoor shoots.
