Meet at the Greenbelt Nature Center parking lot, then follow the Blue and Red trails to the restoration area at Rockland Avenue. Help members of Protectors of Pine Oak woods restore the forest to its natural state. Volunteers will pull and bag invasive mile-a-minute vine. Mile-a-minute is an invasive vine from East Asia that is quickly overgrowing and smothers grasses, flowers, shrubs and even trees. Protectors will supply gloves, bags and refreshments.
