Celebrate the opening of two new Newhouse Center exhibitions: Roots/Anchors is a new site-specific exhibit featuring the work of William Corwin, Katie Holten, Shervone Neckles, Xaviera Simmons, opening at the Main Hall Gallery. Don’t Shut Up 2021, guest curated by Stefany Benson and Susan Grabel, presents the work of 46 women artists from across the United States and Canada who are working to challenge and disrupt the status quo through their ongoing artistic practice.

Festivities will take place at Snug Harbor’s Shinbone Alley, and the exhibitions will be on view in the Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art in Buildings C & G.
