In this talk led by Roots/Anchors exhibiting artist Will Corwin, the group will discuss several readings from ancient literature about the use of boats as transports to the next world. Corwin will present several case studies looking at the archeological traces of burial ships, linking such concepts to his own process in creating work for the Roots/Anchors exhibition.
