Manhattan

Drums Along the Hudson

Inwood Hill Park, 218th Street & Indian Road, Inwood

This multicultural family-oriented festival combines Native American heritage with the diversity of New York City with performances of world dance and drumming tradition, featuring Kalpulli Huehuetlatolli Aztec Dancers and Drummers, BatalaNY Afro-Caribbean Drumming, Kotchegna African Dance from the Ivory Coast, and more! Activities also include Native American crafts, storytelling, and international cuisine.

Cerebral Palsy Community Day 2025

Be there for the biggest community event dedicated to cerebral palsy! Enjoy the outdoors with hundreds from the CP community.  Food trucks, live music, seated yoga, therapy animals, health & wellness, games, adaptive sports, equipment and essential resources for the cerebral palsy community. 68th Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade

Parade runs from 44th St. to 79th S. along Fifth Ave., Midtown

The National Puerto Rican Day Parade is the largest demonstration of cultural pride in the nation, filled with exciting floats, live performances, local leaders, and more. 

Pigeon Fest

The High Line, on the High Line at 22nd St., Meatpacking District

Free

Enjoy National Pigeon Appreciation Day with Pigeon Fest, a free, all-day festival for all ages – celebrating pigeons, urban ecology and public art. Inspired by Iván Argote’s Dinosaur – the 17-foot-tall pigeon sculpture on the High Line, visitors will be able to enjoy free public programming including pigeon-themed carnival games, family-friendly art workshops, a pigeon impersonation pageant, a concert presented in collaboration with the Birdsong Project, and a Discovery Fair. 

Egg Rolls, Egg Creams, and Empanadas Street Festival

Museum at Eldridge Street, 12 Eldridge St., Lower East Side

Celebrate the diverse cultures that give the Lower East Side and Chinatown their identity alongside talented artisans, stage and street performers, and visitors from near and far! Set in front of the Museum’s landmark Eldridge Street Synagogue home, the festival takes over one block of Eldridge Street between Canal and Division Streets for a folklore fest unlike any other with a medley of Chinese, Jewish, and Puerto Rican tastes, sights, sounds, and crafts for people of all ages to enjoy!

Fanatics Fest NYC

39th Annual Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade

The Parade takes place on the Grand Concourse bet. 165th St. & Mount Eden, Highbridge

Under the inspiring theme of “United We Are Stronger,” the 39th Anniversary of the Bronx Puerto Rican Parade promises to be a vibrant showcase of rich culture and community spirit. Honor outstanding individuals and organizations who have made a remarkable impact in the Bronx. Enjoy stunning floats, live music and entertainment, dynamic car clubs, and cultural organizations marching proudly down the Grand Concourse.

The 22nd Annual Hunt’s Point Fish Parade & Arts Festival

Red Hook Fest

Big Family Get Down

Jumpstart summer at this waterfront bash packed with music, dancing, and unforgettable moments, all to support Brooklyn Bridge Park. Strawberry Festival

Get ready for a berry sweet day full of fun and flavor where learning meets laughter and strawberries steal the show! Learn how strawberries grow from seed to snack, take part in a Strawberry Eating Contest, and wander through lively bucolic grounds filled with food vendors, live music, delightful treats such as strawberry shortcake, strawberry smoothies, lemonade, and chocolate-drenched strawberries! Don’t miss the highlight of the day: the Strawberry Costume Parade at Noon!

2025 Bell Blvd Food & Music Fest

The Soorya NYC Festival

Soorya NYC presents folk and traditional arts to encourage cultural exchange centered on the local Sri Lankan community. Soorya NYC helps to sustain the continuity of Sri Lankan heritage in NYC and share these traditions with the wider public. Throughout the festival, you can expect live music and performances, culinary delights, an artisan market, and family-friendly activities.
