Choreographer and dancer, Walter Rutledge, will host a workshop that teaches variations on traditional West African dance in honor of the celebration of Kwanzaa. Learn about the Afrobeat musical genre pioneered by renowned composer Fela Kuti and how Afrobeat has influenced current trends in dance and music. To secure a spot at the event, you must book your tickets online then walk to the front desk and sign up for the free session. Sessions available each day at 11:30am, 12:30, 2:30 and 3:30pm.
