This year’s festival will take place Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11 am to 7 pm (with a rain date of October 4). Founded by Jim Indelicato and Joan Caddell, and now directed by the nonprofit Community Arts Commission Inc., the festival has grown into one of Staten Island’s beloved cultural events.
