Luckily in this new age of advanced technology, several savvy apps help control the scheduling chaos. Never fear missing a birthday party or doctor’s appointment again with the following picks for family organization apps.

Cozi: Family Organizer App

Named a “must-have app” by the TODAY show. The app allows you to track schedules, grocery lists, and chores as well as stores information such as recipes. The app allows you to color code your family member’s schedules and sync your Google calendars together.  

Cubbily: Family Calendar App

This app allows you to plug in appointments, meal plans, classes, calls, birthday parties, and more in various colors. The app features four different viewpoints including by day, by week, by month, and by tasks. The double reminder feature will keep you on point with your schedule. 

FamHive Family Chore Manager: Shared Calendar App

See your family’s events in three different modes, by month, by week, or by day. Allows you to set reminders to then input into your family’s schedules. Create checklists for shopping and grocery lists. The app even creates a friendly competition family leaderboard, inspiring productivity.

FamJam: Goal Management App

This app includes pre-generated options for chores as well as customizable options. The app allows parents to create tasks or chores that when completed points are given to their child. As points are generated, rewards set by parents will be available. This app allows parents to encourage their children to get their tasks and chores done. 

FamilyWall: Family Organization App

The app lets you sync up your family’s calendars with important events and tasks. Special features include meal prepping and budgeting your total expenses for the week. The family dashboard allows the entire family to link up and be aware of what is going on.

Kiwi: All-in-One Family Organizer 

This app includes many different organizational techniques including scheduling, calendars, lists, and more. The app allows you and your family to connect and send each other reminders about birthdays, doctor’s appointments, and more. Additionally, Kiwi includes a point system for chores that can earn a family member rewards set by parents. 

Listonic: The Smart Shopping List App 

This app is all things lists. The goal of this app is to stop impulse buying and become more organized. Users can keep it simple or utilize AI technology to give suggestions. The app allows users to share their lists with other users and family members. When creating your lists you can customize with photos and specific quantities. 

Ourhome: Home Organization App

The app allows parents to assign tasks to their children and keep track of their progress. The app focuses mainly on behavior management. Parents can motivate their children through the point system which features fun and eye-catching graphics.  

Reclaim.AI: Google calendar extension 

An app that extends your already-made Google calendar more by breaking down tasks and habits, for example, you can input how long or when you need a lunch to be and Reclaim.AI will move around your schedule accordingly. AI technology will make sure you never have a scheduling conflict. The app can also lock certain events in your calendar that are mandatory and cannot be moved around. 

TimeTree: Communication App

This app allows families to coordinate their schedules through communication. Create public calendars for friends, separate calendars for family members, and more. It additionally includes chat features so all planning can be done within the application.
